Candle Safety

Burn your Quarry Road candle for a minimum of an hour, as this will prevent tunneling. Quarry Road candles are made from natural soy wax that has a memory. So you must ensure that your wax pool reaches the edge of the glassware each time your burn your candle for an even burn and maximum fragrance.

Never burn a candle unattended.

Ensure the wick is trimmed to 5mm before lighting.

Avoid drafts and always burn candle on heat resistant surface, away from anything that can catch fire.

Burn for periods of no more than 4 hours. Discontinue use of candle when 10mm of wax remains to avoid risk of injury. 

If you are burning more than one candle at a time, ensure 100mm of space is allowed between candles.

To extinguish your candle, use a candle snuffer or blow it out gently. Do not use your hand or liquid to extinguish the candle.
