We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason we see fit.

Nothing on this website is to be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold or exploited in anyway.

Do not use our trademarks and logos, not limited to these, images, texts and layouts on this website. Nothing on this website is to be used in anyway that may be damaging or impair its function.

Prohibited crimes against this website include and are not limited to criminal activity or offences, fraud and unlawful activity.

Quarry Road is R18, we do not and will not sell our candles to children, If you under the age of 18 please use this website with a parent or guardian.

ORDERING

Please order our products in accordance to our website guidelines.

You are agreeing to supply us with your personal information and credit details for payment.

Its our goal to fulfil your order as soon as possible, we however wont be liable to any individual if we decline your order or unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we believe your are involved in fraudulent activity or if errors have occurred on our website which include pricing errors and privacy issues. We reserve the right to cancel or question orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made by you.

When placing an order here at Quarry Road you are agreeing to provide us with current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to make sure all of your account information is update, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. This applies for subscription users as well as one off purchasers.

PRICING

All prices are in NZ dollars and all credit cards are processed in NZ dollars.

Where applicable local taxes are shown and included in the price.

If you request for us to pack your order in a non-standard manner, outside of the way we normally do it we may charge for the cost of the packaging in addition to the costs set out above.

All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When placing an order for a subscription you will be signed up for 3 months or 3 candle deliveries before you are able to opt out of your subscription.
