WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE?

Quarry Road use soy wax, which is a natural plant based wax that is GMO free. Soy wax is a renewable and sustainable resource.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR MY CANDLE SUBSCRIPTION?

If you need to, please get in touch via email as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to change your delivery address.

 

WHY HAS MY CANDLE DISCOLOURED?

This is a common and normal characteristic of natural soy candles. It will not affect the quality, consistency or performance of the candle when properly burned. Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting.

 

WHY IS THERE BLACK RESIDUE ON THE INSIDE OF MY CANDLE GLASSWARE?

If burned properly, soy wax candles are virtually soot free. Soy wax in and of itself is soot free. However, natural cotton wicks will smoke if the wicks are never trimmed. Please follow the burning instructions located on the bottom of your candle for best results.

 

DO YOUR CANDLES EXPIRE?

We recommend that all products be used within 12 months of opening. Unused products are best stored in a dark, cool room.

WHY DO SOME OF YOUR FRAGRANCES SMELL STRONGER THAN OTHERS?

Our Fragrances all have an intensity level based on their fragrance throw when burning. They range from delicate to strong. We have placed a fragrance guide on our website just under each of the candle descriptions ranging from One to Three. One being very delicate and subtle and Three being a lot stronger and more full bodied.
